Garmin GHP 20

Works with Zora. Heading hold and trim at any angle. Wind hold is in Zora and has not been tried on a boat.

Not yet tested on a boat: Zora engages wind hold.

• Zora commands the pilot without being paired with it, alongside the GHC 10 head.
• Zora finds the pilot without any setup and makes it the active pilot on its own.
• The pilot reports its mode continuously, and the mode on screen is the one it reports.
• A trim reaches the pilot as a string of one-degree steps, the way the GHC 10 sends it.
• The pilot appears once in the list. The drive unit also announces itself as an autopilot, and Zora leaves it out.

Required

• The GHP 20 course computer on the NMEA 2000 bus, reporting itself as a GHP 20. A Garmin Reactor on the same bus reports a different model and is driven as a Reactor.

What Zora will not do

• Tack, route follow and response level cannot be set from Zora.
