A Zora installation is built from a main unit and the screens that show it. This page says what each piece does and how they fit together. The pages under it are the reference for each one.
How the pieces fit
Zora runs on the main unit. The boat's instruments connect to it, and the charts, the data and the settings are kept on it. Every screen opens Zora in a web browser over the boat's own network, so each screen shows the same boat.
- Phones, tablets and laptops reach Zora over the boat's network. A main unit on its own and a tablet are enough to start with. See Tablets.
- Fixed screens at the helm or the chart table are driven by a Mini PC: iNav4U touchscreens, ordinary monitors, or both, up to three per Mini PC.
- Your own computer can take the place of a Mini PC. See Navigation computers.
Nothing has to be replaced to grow the installation: add a Mini PC, or more screens, to the main unit you have.

Both main units run the same Zora. Where the Setup app differs between them, the page says so.
