Camera Matrix
Up to nine cameras side by side, each a still picture refreshed every second. Tap one to see it live, full screen.
Cameras are added to the boat once, in the Setup app: see Cameras.
Add it
In edit mode, tap Add Content, open the media tab and choose Camera Matrix. It needs at least 6 by 5 cells.
Read it
Each camera gets a tile, with its name bottom left. The grid follows the number of cameras:
| Cameras | Grid |
|---|---|
| 1 | fills the widget |
| 2 | side by side |
| 3 or 4 | 2 by 2 |
| 5 or 6 | 3 by 2 |
| 7 to 9 | 3 by 3 |
A tile that stays dark grey is a camera that is not giving a picture. Check it in Setup.
While Zora is in the background the stills stop, and they start again when you return. With no cameras chosen, the widget reads No cameras configured.
Settings
In edit mode, open the widget's settings (see Widget settings). The Camera Matrix sheet opens.
- Widget title: the title above the grid, if you want one.
- Add camera: pick a camera to add it. The list under Cameras (order = grid order) is the order of the tiles, left to right and top to bottom.
- Use the arrows to move a camera up or down and ✕ to remove it. After nine cameras Zora says Maximum 9 cameras per widget.
- Tap Apply, or Cancel to leave the widget as it was.
The full-screen view
Tap a tile to open that camera full screen, live. It works as described on Video Camera.
